Is real money used at a casino party night?

No, think of Ace Nights as a form of entertainment like hiring a DJ. You pay for our services with no real money being outlaid on the tables.

Is it legal?

Yes! Because real money is not used on the tables and you are not playing for a monetary prize it is not against the law. Therefore no permits or licences are required for our events.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we have insurance up to $10 million.

How much does a casino party night cost?

A difficult one to answer because prices vary depending on a number of factors. These include the amount of people attending, your location (transport costs will need to be taken into consideration outside of the Adelaide metro area) and the type of event. Please Contact Us for more details.

I’m having my party at home, will I have enough room?

The size of the tables and access to the venue are factors you need to consider when holding your party at home. Check out the table dimensions for each of the individual games (Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Craps) to help determine how much room you will need. Alternatively a ‘day at the races’ with Ace Racing may be a better option if space is limited.

Which games should I have and how many tables do I need?

There are a number of factors that need to be taken into consideration including the number of guests, the type of event, the location and size of your venue. Once you have contacted us we will discuss these with you and advise you of your best options.

How long does the casino party run for?

The standard running time of an Ace Night event is three hours. We usually open the casino about an hour after your event has started. This ensures that the majority of your guests have arrived and can join in the fun. Extended running times can be negotiated.

Do I have to set and pack up the tables myself?

Absolutely not! Your Ace Nights package includes set-up and pack-up at the venue of your choice. We will liaise with you, or directly with the venue to organise the best time to do this.

Can I have my own picture on the money?

Absolutely in fact we encourage it. All we need is a high-resolution picture or corporate logo in .jpg format. Our printer will come up with the best look for your customised note. This is included as part of your package.

How far in advance do I need to book my casino party night?

We find that the best events are those that have a good amount of lead-in time. This gives you plenty of time to finalise your numbers, and if you are planning a casino theme party, also gives your guests time to get their costumes organised. Needless to say, the Christmas Party period is an extremely busy one, so if you are looking to hold an event over this time it is best to book in early.
